El Centro de Alto Rendimiento Deportivo de Resistencia elaboró un informe en el que señala que durante el verano chaqueño una persona transpira más durante diez minutos sentado en el trono que en una hora de entrenamiento de CrossFit.

Se le realizó la prueba a trescientas personas y se llegó a esa conclusión. El estudio además demostró que las personas que estaban sentadas en el trono durante diez minutos perdían dos kilos en cada sentada (un litro/kilo de agua por la transpiración y otro “por lo segundo”) mientras que los que iban a CrossFit solamente perdían medio kilo de agua por transpiración.

Algunos observadores indicaron que si los atletas de crossFit no se miraran tanto en el espejo seguramente los resultados serían diferentes.

Otro factor que se analizó es el nivel de fuerza. Si el tránsito intestinal es lento la diferencia de sudoración es aún superior.
